Gmail or Outlook — which one?
Both give you email on your own domain, a calendar, and somewhere safe to keep your files. If you already use one at home, pick that — it'll feel familiar. Not sure? Ask me and I'll recommend one.
Google Workspace
The Gmail you probably already know, but with your business name on it.

Microsoft 365
Outlook email, plus the Microsoft tools most offices run on.

Help is part of the deal
You're not just paying for a domain — you're paying for someone to deal with the technical stuff so you don't have to. If something IT-related is confusing you, just drop me a message and I'll sort it out or point you in the right direction. A sensible amount of help each month is included in your plan — no call centres, no tickets, no jargon.
Other things I can set up
Every business needs something slightly different. Some examples of what I can sort out for you:
- Online bookings and classes — if you're a personal trainer, yoga instructor or run any kind of class, I can set up a booking system so clients book (and pay) online instead of messaging you back and forth.
- A simple online shop — an art studio selling prints, a maker selling crafts. I can set up a small Shopify store and connect it to your domain.
- Getting found on Google — a Google Business Profile so you show up on Maps and local searches, with your hours, photos and reviews.
